Teh Sew Hong

Executive Director

  • Member of MICPA, MIA, ACCA and CPA Australia
  • Holder of CMSRL since 2003
  • Has over twenty (20) years of working experience in the fields of corporate finance, capital market, auditing, accounting, taxation, company secretarial and financial management
  • Had completed numerous corporate exercises, comprising initial public offering (“IPO”), private debt securities, equity fund raising, merger and acquisition (“M&A”), independent advisory work, financial due diligence and financial modelling
  • Audit partner in an audit firm registered with the Audit Oversight Board

 

Nelson Foo

Business Development Director

  • Began his career as a Graduate Trainee in Credit department, Public Bank Bhd and was promoted to Branch Manager at the age of 29
  • Served in Public Bank as a Branch Manager for 5 years and subsequently headhunted by another reputable bank as Senior Manager
  • Served in Various Management positions including Head of Business Lending unit
  • Skilled and experience in business and corporate lending
  • Prior to joining Sierac, he was with a top leading bank in Malaysia in charge of lending approval


 

Melanie Tan Hooi Wen
